Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and curious Media Coordinator to support cross-channel media campaigns that deliver measurable results for our clients. You will work across programmatic, social, search, and other paid media tactics, helping bring campaigns to life from planning through optimization. You will work closely with our paid media team, collaborating with internal teams across account, creative, web, and data, as well as external vendors and partners to deliver flawless execution and meaningful performance insights.

This is a remote position within Texas and requires residence in Houston, Dallas, or Austin, with Houston preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist buyers in developing digital media strategies, activating campaigns, and analyzing performance.
  • Build, launch, and monitor campaigns across channels including programmatic, paid social, CTV, Google Ads, and more.
  • Traffic creative assets and coordinate with digital vendors and traditional media stations.
  • Set up and quality-check campaign tracking, including pixel implementation, UTM parameters, and event verification before launch.
  • Draft and update ad copy variations or creative version requests to support testing and optimization.
  • Monitor daily campaign delivery and performance, identifying and implementing basic optimizations.
  • Manage daily budget pacing and monthly invoice reconciliation.
  • Troubleshoot setup or performance issues and escalate as needed.
  • Conduct competitive and audience research to support planning and optimization decisions.
  • Participate in agency and vendor calls to review data, share insights, and align on action plans.
  • Contribute to media planning by RFPing partners, preparing decks, and recommending targeting strategies.
  • Collaborate on and contribute to reporting deliverables, including data pulls, chart creation, and formatting.
  • Maintain organized campaign documentation, asset libraries, and platform account structures for consistency and efficiency.
  • Support platform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up audiences, archiving old campaigns, and updating negative keyword lists.
  • Provide quality assurance across platforms and campaigns to ensure flawless execution.

What You Bring

  • 0 to 2 years of paid media or digital marketing experience (agency or in-house). Internship or academic experience welcome.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CPA) and digital advertising concepts.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, with strong skills in Google Sheets (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, basic data visualization) and Google Slides.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Comfortable working across multiple ad platforms and eager to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and personable approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
