Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day support for client accounts in the energy and health sectors, ensuring projects stay on track and on time.
• Coordinate deliverables across internal teams — creative, digital, PR, and strategy — acting as the connective tissue that keeps everyone aligned.
• Draft client-facing materials including meeting recaps, status reports, activity reports, presentation decks and content.
• Contribute to campaign execution: content development, media outreach, digital tracking, and reporting.
• Research industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory updates to inform client strategies.
• Jump in wherever needed — from event coordination to media list building — knowing no task is too small if it helps the team win.
• Build strong working relationships with both clients and internal colleagues by being proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, PR, or communications agency environment (internships count).
• Exposure to energy, healthcare, or highly regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong writing, organizational, and multitasking skills — you can move seamlessly between a client meeting recap and a social content draft.
• Demonstrated strength in verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently support presentations in client-facing meetings, translate complex ideas into clear recommendations, and foster productive discussions.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across disciplines and wear multiple hats.
• Comfortable with project management tools and Microsoft Office/Google Suite; bonus if you’ve dabbled in social listening or media monitoring platforms.
• Curiosity, hustle, and a willingness to lean in and learn fast.

Salary Range: $50K-65K
